HVAC Technician Position

The following statements help to clarify the job qualifications/responsibilities of a HVAC Technician:

• High School diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
• 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field
• Knowledge of removing old HVAC Systems
• Knowledge of installing new HVAC systems
• Must be able to perform routine maintenance
• Must be able to order materials and maintain equipment
• Must meet local HVAC codes
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Must be dependable
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Some knowledge of 3 phase equipment
• Uniforms, vehicle and tools are provided
• CDL required with in 1 year of employment
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
