Please complete the information below to request a bus for events or trips through Cocke County Schools Transportation. Your form will be sent to the transportation office. An automated email from transportation will notify you that your request has been received.

All buses for trips are scheduled 50 passengers per bus per trip. This includes students, staff, and chaperones. Cancelations or reschedules MUST be done 48 hours in advance. After the 48 hours the drivers salary must be paid by the entity that scheduled the trip.

No driver will be assigned to a trip without the completed digital form.
