The Learning Center serves K-5 students from across Cocke County. The program is located in the Dr. Hobart Ford Sr. Education Center at 345 Hedrick Drive behind Cocke County High School. While attending The Learning Center, students work on learning academic and new coping skills with the goal of a successful return to their base school.
