The Cocke County Family Resource Center is dedicated to serving all students and their families of Cocke County. The FRC recognizes the increasing number of children experiencing a combination of high risk environments as a result of poverty, families with substance abuse, domestic violence and dysfunctional families.
The FRC works proactively to establish collaborative partnerships with parents, caregivers, schools, communities and businesses. The primary mission of the Cocke County Family Resource Center is to identify barriers that are preventing the student from succeeding by providing services to families and children to improve the quality of life.
